Terms and conditions
These Terms govern the use of the Little Life Ultrasound platform by individual users and clinics. Access and use of the service imply full acceptance of these conditions.
1. Use of the service
- The user undertakes to provide truthful information and maintain the security of access credentials.
- Using the service for unlawful, fraudulent purposes or in violation of third-party rights is prohibited.
- We may temporarily or permanently suspend accounts with abusive activity, identity impersonation, or serious breaches.
2. Nature of the service (non-medical)
Este servicio está destinado únicamente a fines recreativos y de recuerdo. No tiene finalidad médica ni sustituye diagnósticos profesionales.
Images, enhancements, or results offered by the platform are not clinical tools or medical reports. Any health-related decision must be consulted exclusively with qualified medical personnel.
3. User and clinic responsibility
- The end user is responsible for ensuring uploaded material is authorized and does not infringe third-party rights.
- When acting as a professional client, the clinic is responsible for applicable regulatory compliance in its care activity and for the information provided to patients.
4. Payments and subscriptions
- Certain services are one-time payment or periodic subscription depending on the contracted plan.
- The amounts, frequency, and features of each plan are shown before confirming purchase or activation.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in advance from the customer area or through enabled channels.
- Non-payment may result in access suspension, feature limitations, or account cancellation.
5. Cancellations and withdrawal
The customer may cancel subscription renewal at any time so no new charges are generated in the next cycle. When digital performance has been fully or partially executed with prior consent, the right of withdrawal may be limited under applicable consumer regulations.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, code, design, brand, and documentation are owned by Little Life Ultrasound or its licensors. No rights are granted beyond ordinary use of the service under these Terms.
7. Limitation of liability
- The service is provided with professional diligence, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or total absence of technical errors.
- We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or business loss arising from improper use or use contrary to these conditions.
- In any case, maximum aggregate liability is limited to amounts effectively paid by the customer in the period immediately preceding the claim, unless a different mandatory legal obligation applies.
8. Changes to the service and these Terms
We may update features, pricing, and legal texts to adapt to technical, regulatory, or business changes. When changes are material, we will inform in advance through usual communication channels.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are interpreted in accordance with applicable European Union regulations and corresponding national law. For disputes that cannot be resolved amicably, parties submit to competent courts under applicable consumer and contracting law.
